New Report to Help Implement CDO’s Advice

Ben Baker – New ‘Vulnerable Patient’ report added to Pearl Dental Imaging

The Chief Dental Officer has issued advice to reduce the number of routine check-ups by cancelling appointments for vulnerable groups (and offering cancellation to anyone else who wishes to do so) to reduce the need to travel.

To help you implement this advice, we have added a new report to Pearl Dental Imaging.

The report identifies any patient who has an upcoming appointment if they are/have the following:

  • 70+
  • Any health condition
  • Pregnant

 

This will allow the practice to quickly identify who to contact so as to cancel appointments.
