We only work with the manufacturers that always share the Pearl ethos on excellent customer care - from installation of your intraoral x-Rays, CBCT technology or intraoral cameras to reliable servicing and help with any issues should they arise.

To maximise your return on investment, it’s important to have not just hardware support at your fingertips but software too. We’ll ensure you are using both to their best capacity, optimising your processes.

Our experience in X-Ray support, working with PC hardware, operating systems and computer networking, gives us a real advantage to identify problems you may have; we’ve seen most things before. If required, we can also act as liaison between you and the manufacturer to save you time trying to resolve problems or getting the run around… we’ve all been there!

We can also advise on any legacy software conversion options for your business, (with embedded legacy X-Ray conversion also available for Pearl customers only).
