Background
Rai Dental Surgery was originally established by Mr Manjit Singh Rai, before his son, Dr Jagdeesh Rai, took over the mantle as Practice Principal.
The experienced team at Rai Dental pride themselves on taking care of families’ oral health needs, with treatments ranging from general dental care, oral hygiene and restorative treatments through to teeth straightening, dental implants and specialist oral surgery.
Caring for smiles in Acocks Green and Solihull for over 50 years, the practice has been a long-time customer of Pearl Dental Software and more recently of Pearl Dental Imaging too.
Identifying the need to upgrade their dental imaging equipment, an initial consultation with Matt Littleton was scheduled.

Outcomes
After an informative and thorough analysis and discussion regarding practice requirements, a Vistascan 2.0 Mini View was installed, together with C20 Intraoral Camera. DBSWIN software was upgraded to VistaSoft. This delivered a blend of cutting-edge technology with high quality imaging capability, always with patient safety and protection at the forefront.
The support provided exceeded Jagdeesh’s expectations as Matt also helped to upgrade all surgery PCs, with three new ones installed.
As well as being knowledgeable and professional in his approach, what the client particularly appreciated was Matt’s patience. Upgrading scanners, cameras and software is always a big decision and “there was no hard selling, as with previous providers”.
